Attain financial target. ? Implementing new marketing promotions at a local level and executing marketing campaigns. ? The task of depositing cash at the bank each morning is your obligation. ? Accountable for handling cash shortfall problems. ? Adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Act is essential for maintaining a safe workplace ? Being aware of rival's promotional tactics, industry developments and growth plans helps you make informed decisions for your own business. ? Requirements:

Candidates vying for the position of Restaurant Manager must have a minimum of three years' experience working directly in a restaurant or in a food industry-related position. Additionally, previous management experience is required. Applicants should also possess top-notch interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to coach and guide others with ease and efficiency.

The open position requires someone with a sharp analytical mind and competent in basic mathematics and accounting principles, having a positive attitude toward customer service. Moreover, the individual should be versatile in working various shifts, weekends included, and be accountable to the District Manager.
