? Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

? Expedite the correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution

? Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

? Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

? Document all interactions and resolutions in the customer service system

Educational Qualifications
