The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
? Performing a variety of industrial maintenance on a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm
? Diagnosing production machines and equipment problems
? Determining root causes
? Performing necessary repairs on production machines and equipment
? Rebuilding and installing production machines and equipment
? Taking direction from the Maintenance Supervisor
? Performing facilities repairs
? Supporting preventive maintenance systems
? Supporting lean
? Working with a variety hydraulic, machining, electrical, controls, welding and pneumatic systems
? Keeping safety a top priority

The background of the successful candidate will include the following:
? Possess the ability to work on a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm
? Eight or more years of industrial maintenance experience
? Eight or more years of diagnosing production machine problems and performing necessary repairs
? Possess the ability to work with minimal direction
? Possess the ability to work individually or as part of a team
? Forklift certification
? A solid work history
? A US citizen or possess a green card
? A residence within 45 minutes
