What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing innovative solutions to issues
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns as needed
• Escalate interactions appropriately when necessary
• Respond to assistance requests and process payments when applicable
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• Proven oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
• Strong logical problem-solving and organizational skills
