VIATEQ Corporation is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent to support a client in healthcare. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls, document details of your conversation, and use scripts and other resources to guide conversations.
Important Information
? This role is for a government client and will require your ability to pass a detailed background check.
The Successful Customer Service Agent Will
? Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy
? Proficiently utilize online reference materials relating to the program to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information
? Utilize technical systems effectively and efficiently including desktop, call center specific phone systems, and the internet
? Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics
? Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program
? Follow protocol and to apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
? Maintain sufficient reliable private internet connection, not supplied by the use of cellular data, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
Must Have (Required)
? Minimum High School Diploma or GED
? Healthcare-related certification
? Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
? Strong computer skills
? Strong internet connection due to the remote nature of this role
? Ability to pass language knowledge assessment
Nice To Have (Not Required)
? Bilingual in Spanish
? Previous government clearance
