Duties

? Process transactions, including cash handling, while maintaining accuracy.
? Document customer interactions in our system for future reference.
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
? Assist in maintaining a clean and organized call center environment.
? Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their needs are met.

Experience
? Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
? Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
? Proficient typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
? Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus.
? Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
? Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
