Job Description

As an In-Flight Passenger Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to passengers during their flight. Your duties will include assisting with boarding procedures, providing safety demonstrations, serving meals and beverages, and addressing any passenger needs throughout the flight. You will work collaboratively with fellow crew members to create a positive and efficient travel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers as they board and disembark from the aircraft.


• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.


• Serve food and beverages, accommodating special requests as necessary.


• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the flight.


• Ensure the cabin is clean and organized before, during, and after flights.


• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.


• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.


• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Educational Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required).


• Associate degree or higher in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.


• Experience in a similar role within the airline industry is an advantage.
