Inbound Call Center Representative

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
Take messages for all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system
Provide product or service information to customers
Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Strong verbal communication skills and active listening skills
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
