The New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) applies cutting-edge technology to operating a reliable electricity system, managing competitive markets for wholesale electricity, and planning for the Empire State's energy future. The NYISO invites applications for a full-time intern on our IT Infrastructure team.

In Short
? Internship position on the IT Infrastructure team
? Focus on configuring and developing functionality within the ServiceNow platform
? Create workflows to automate processes
? Perform no-code/low-code development for new features
? Support the transition of legacy systems into ServiceNow
? Expand attributes within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database
? Create processes to maintain core data within the platform
? Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Computer Science or related discipline
? Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
? Hybrid work model with local presence in Albany, NY area
Requirements
? Knowledge of JavaScript
? Fundamentals of database design and data management
? Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
? Current enrollment in an undergraduate program focused in Computer Science or related discipline
? Familiarity as an end user of ServiceNow a plus
