2. Handle luggage inquiries and check-in processes.

3. Provide flight information and updates to passengers.

4. Assist with boarding procedures and gate assignments.

5. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

6. Ensure compliance with airline policies and regulations.

7. Coordinate with other team members and departments.
