We are seeking a Live Chat and Email Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
? Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
? Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
? Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
? Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records
? Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products or services

Requirement
? Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
? Familiarity with cash handling procedures
? Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
? Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.81 - $18.92 per hour
