Live Chat Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Remote Live Chat Representative to join our customer support team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat. The ideal candidate will be skilled in problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting. ? Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently and professionally. ? Assist customers with order tracking, billing inquiries, returns, and other general queries. ? Use CRM software to document conversations and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. ? Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional assistance when necessary. ? Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues. ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. ? Adhere to company protocols, maintaining high standards of customer service. ? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, etc.).

Requirements: ? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote setting. ? Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone. ? Ability to handle multiple chats at once while maintaining attention to detail. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure. ? Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom). ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. ? A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with e-commerce platforms or SaaS products. ? Multilingual abilities are a plus. ? Previous experience in a remote customer service role. ? Familiarity with social media customer support channels.
