#### Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

– Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

– Must reside in Florida

– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

#### Responsibilities

– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

– Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and providing travel information

– Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively

– Providing information on Delta Airlines?olicies, procedures, and services

– Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

– Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

– Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve service quality

#### Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

– Bachelor? Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required)

#### Experience

– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment or the airline industry

– Experience with reservation systems and customer service software (preferred but not essential)
