The Maintenance Operations Specialist will work closely with various teams to coordinate maintenance efforts that align with our high standards of safety and guest satisfaction. This includes developing maintenance schedules, responding to emergency maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The role demands a proactive approach to prevent issues and swiftly address any that arise.

You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, providing them with the guidance and resources needed to excel at their tasks. Your leadership will ensure that the team is motivated, skilled, and equipped to handle the complexities of a dynamic entertainment environment.

Effective communication with other departments is vital, as you will need to negotiate needs, report progress, and collaborate on interdisciplinary projects. The ability to manage budgets, maintain inventory, and foresee operational needs before they become critical will be key to your success.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all technical operations within the park.

2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards.

3. Manage and respond to emergency repair needs promptly and effectively.

4. Oversee a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless operation and guest experience.

6. Maintain records of all maintenance activities and expenses.

7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role.

2. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Proficient in using maintenance management software.

7. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– A minimum of a Bachelor? degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience:**

– At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or theme park industry.
