About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer, Google Display & YouTube to join our dynamic Media Buying Team. As a pivotal member, you will spearhead the creation and management of high-budget paid campaigns across the Google Display Network and YouTube Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, optimize, and monitor YouTube Ads and Google Display Network campaigns, overseeing the entire lifecycle from inception to completion.
Ensure alignment of campaigns with company objectives and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with ad network account managers to implement best practices and refine targeting strategies for enhanced campaign performance.
Conduct comprehensive competitive analyses to identify opportunities for new creative and advertorial testing.
Provide creative direction, guiding the creative team on images, videos, and advertorial concepts for testing.
Deliver regular reports and insights to the Director of Google, advocating for necessary support to optimize campaign yield and margins.
Stay abreast of industry trends in Google Display Network and YouTube Ads, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge and drive campaign success.
Proactively launch and direct new tests and experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness and profitability.
Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, images/videos, and marketing funnels to optimize campaign performance.
Identify and establish new traffic source opportunities, fostering relationships with media publishers and exploring new ad networks.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Google Display Network and YouTube Ads, with a proven track record in strategy development and execution, preferably in lead generation.
Proficiency in Google AdWords platforms and tools.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to derive insights and make informed decisions.
Experience in performance marketing, particularly in lead generation.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with landing page design and optimization.
Knowledge of direct response-oriented copywriting.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, essential for effective cross-team collaboration.
Prior experience in P&L management is advantageous.
Salary And Benefits
The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 USD annually, with flexibility based on geographic location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses or commissions, as well as equity through restricted stock units. The role also offers participation in the company's comprehensive employee benefits programs.
