Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions to meet business needs. ? Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and business processes. ? Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrate with other applications. ? Perform data migrations and integrations using Dynamics CRM tools and technologies. ? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics CRM/365 applications. ? Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. ? Follow best practices for Dynamics CRM development and customization. ? Provide technical support and training to end-users. ? Maintain documentation of all customizations and configurations. Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ? Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer ? Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM development, customization, and integration. ? Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server. ? Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK, plugins, custom workflows, and web resources. ? Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus.
