What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide detailed remote guidance to on-site technicians for hardware installation and troubleshooting

What Is Required (Qualifications)

? Strong troubleshooting skills for guiding physical and technical repairs remotely
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent)
? Experience in a 24/7 data center environment or smart hands roles
? Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
? Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
