For which tasks (responsibilities)?
? Process written player requests on top support platforms (no mindless copy-paste or monkey job).
? Gather and analyze in-game issues and errors.
? Review player feedback and provide detailed reports to the development team.
? Contribute to FAQ database, create and translate game instructions and automated responses.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
? Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
? Strong written communication skills in English and Russian.
? Additional language proficiency preferred (German, Japanese, Korean, or French).
? Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of the gaming market.
? Ability to search, analyze, and manage data.
? Passion for gaming and interacting with people.
? Politeness, responsiveness, and patience.
? Quick adaptability and willingness to learn.

Experience in game development not required; your desire to work with games and people are much more important to us than previous work experience.
