- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Educator Excellence Team in their programming efforts
- Assist with the development and support of strategies to enhance the educator workforce
- Collaborate with certification and higher education staff to implement programs for educators
- Organize data sets to produce effective reports and graphics
- Maintain effective communication with internal partners and external education stakeholders
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Training, education, or experience in office and administrative support work
- Competency in applying knowledge of modern office practices for advanced administrative tasks
- Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in making determinations on varied matters
- Experience in public sector, PK-12 education, or higher education is preferred
- General knowledge of state government procurement procedures or public school facilitation policies
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Administrative support experience specifically in the public sector
- Working knowledge of state government procurement procedures
- Familiarity with PK-12 education systems and higher education institutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in data visualization and report creation
