  • **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with the sales, IT, and logistics teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed swiftly.

  • **Knowledge Maintenance:** Stay up-to-date with latest product offerings, promotional initiatives, and company policies, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to customers.
  • **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company database.
  • **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role, preferably in an online or retail environment.
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with navigating online systems and tools.
