Verizon is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C.     Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and complaints
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize online tools and resources to assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for helping customers and solving problems
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills to handle difficult customer interactions
  • Proficiency in using online tools and technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
