Online Customer Care Assistant
Job Description:
Aetna is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Washington, D.C. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong desire to provide excellent support to our online customers...
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Provide product recommendations and information to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate responses and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 5. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to management. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer care. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
