Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at American Airlines Group in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time support to customers through online live chat
• Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, requesting refunds, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Utilize knowledge of American Airlines policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with customers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
• Meet performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using online chat software and other customer service tools
• Knowledge of airline industry regulations and procedures is a plus
