Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee online customer support operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support management
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key performance metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in online support management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
