As an Operational Readiness Specialist, you will coordinate across multiple departments, ensuring all aspects of operations are aligned and fully prepared for new initiatives, product launches, or service updates. Your role will focus on project management, process optimization, and cross-functional communication to ensure every team member and system is prepared and proactive ahead of public-facing releases.

You will work directly under the Operational Readiness Manager and collaborate with teams in IT, customer service, logistics, and beyond. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

1. Develop and implement readiness strategies to support operational changes and launches.

2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the launch are covered, from staffing and training to systems updates and compliance checks.

3. Prepare detailed project documentation, including checklists, timelines, and impact assessments.

4. Conduct pre-launch testing and troubleshooting, ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

5. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to prepare staff for new systems or operational changes.

6. Monitor post-launch operations to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

7. Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related area.

3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across diverse teams.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly and decisively.

7. Experience in conducting training sessions and presentations.

**Educational Qualifications**:

– Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.

**Experience**:

– Previous experience in entertainment, media, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
