Position Details
? Job Title: Customer Service Representative
? Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Only, Except California)
? Pay Rate: $20/hr
? Shift: Monday ? Thursday 6 PM ? 11 PM EST & Saturday 12 PM ? 6 PM EST (26 hours/week)
? Contract Length: 3-month contract (potential to return for future campaigns)
? Start Dates: March 14th, 21th, 28th

Key Responsibilities
? Handle inbound, outbound, and email communications with shareholders.
? Educate shareholders on proxy voting information and correct misleading communications.
? Guide investors on where to submit their votes and ensure they understand the process.
? Maintain professionalism while delivering a clear and persuasive message.

Required Skills & Qualifications
? HS Diploma or GED required
? 6+ months of customer service experience (call center, data entry, or similar)
? Strong verbal & written communication (proper grammar and punctuation)
? Ability to engage actively in meetings, respond when called on, and participate in discussions

? Windows 10 or 11 PC (No Mac, Chromebook, or Linux)
? USB Headset (No wireless headsets)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
