What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide expert legal advice and support to UHNWI clients on complex trust and estate matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to trust and estate law, including wills and estate plans
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners to develop strategies for cases
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and estate law

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on trust and estate law
• Proven experience working with UHNWI clients
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with legal research tools and software
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-motivation
