What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide overnight support to customers to ensure quick resolution of trading and reconciliation issues
• Interact with customers via Zendesk to troubleshoot technical challenges within the Ridgeline environment
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to address customer bugs and enhancement needs
• Become a subject-matter expert on the Ridgeline application, focusing on front office applications and market data
• Mentor and coach team members as the organization scales

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience implementing or troubleshooting technical customer issues within the FinTech industry
• Hands-on experience with FinTech industry file formats and workflow processes
• Experience handling customer escalations with professionalism and patience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Zendesk
• Proficiency in Google Apps or the MS Office suite
• Familiarity with Slack, JIRA/Confluence
• Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology
