Key Responsibilities
? Conduct scripted telephone interviews, delivering multiple-choice questions and accurately documenting responses using a Computer-Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system.
? Foster positive interactions with survey participants, maintaining neutrality and professionalism throughout the data collection process.
? Participate in ongoing training and support provided by your Team Lead and colleagues to enhance your skill set.
? Achieve project objectives and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent is required.
? Capability to work seated for extended periods.

Required Skills
? Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
? Clear enunciation and the skill to read accurately from a script.
? Professional demeanor with the capacity to remain impartial during interviews.
? Basic computer proficiency, especially in accurate data entry and typing.
? Ability to meet established performance standards.

Compensation And Benefits
? Starting hourly wage of $14.00.
? Increase to $14.50 per hour after one month.
