Job Description

Part-Time-USA-Jobs Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Remote QA Tester to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and seeks the flexibility of working from home. As a QA Tester, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to identify, document, and troubleshoot issues. You will play a critical part in ensuring our software products are user-friendly and free of defects. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.

2. Familiarity with various testing methodologies and tools.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

7. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

1. Design and execute test cases based on software requirements and specifications.

2. Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies within software applications.

3. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues.

4. Participate in the review of product requirements and specifications to ensure clarity and testability.

5. Conduct regression testing to confirm that recent changes haven? adversely affected existing functionalities.

6. Report on testing progress, outcomes, and any issues encountered to relevant stakeholders.

7. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor? degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in QA Testing or a related role.

– Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
