Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

This is a long-term, personal assistant, part-time job. I have a strong preference for someone in the Pacific Time zone, but would consider Mountain or Central. Please do not apply if you are in the Eastern Time Zone (or further East). If you currently work full time, please do not apply to this position due to the on call nature of part of the position.

The tasks are mostly:

1) phone calls (e.g. doctors offices, chewy, amazon, etc.)

2) computer/website tasks (e.g. search for types of products, information, etc.)

3) then there are random tasks

Many of the tasks might only be, for example, 2, 5 or 9 mins, but there are a number of them (1-10 per day approximate) while some days there isn't anything. Sometimes there might be something for 20 mins or 40 mins (or longer). Some things I know ahead of time and some things I don't, so some of the tasks are 'on call' as things come up in a day for you to respond to and take action on that day.

While there is flexibility, some things will need to be done on a certain day and during specific hours (e.g. morning business hours or something like that).

In most instances, it is ok if you have not been a personal assistant before. I'm looking for someone who's responsible, dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented and probably easygoing. The key is to be *available* for help/assistance weekdays (mostly) and weekends (some).

If selected for an interview, more details about the position will be freely discussed/provided. After an initial interview, there is a possible option to communicate with the person currently in the position.

Prior to an official offer, I will require 2-3 professional references, even though this is for a personal assistant position. Please know I will contact the references you provide.
