What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide patient/provider/customer care and support
• Utilize the pharmacy computer system to assist with patient care
• Participate in patient/provider/customer care activities under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Prepare and label medications for distribution accurately
• Manage inventory for medications and supplies, ensuring proper record-keeping

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
• Computer literacy and familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to maintain compliance with organization policies and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a pharmacy setting or related healthcare environment
• Additional certifications or advanced training in pharmacy practices
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical names and medication management
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
