What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Work with regional independent sales partners to increase sales and market share
• Assist with key account and high-value sales opportunities
• Develop and execute plans with sales partners to achieve annual sales goals
• Provide technical understanding and product demonstrations in field applications
• Establish and maintain solid relationships with sales partners and customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 7 years of specific or related industry experience
• College degree preferred
• Technical and hands-on capabilities for demonstrating equipment
• Ability to work productively with sales representatives, management, and owners
• Ability to give presentations in various group sizes and settings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience selling capital equipment to municipalities or industrial accounts
• Proven track record of managing and training sales partners
• Strong understanding of video inspection products and field applications
• Experience in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives
