What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage customer communications through calls, texts, emails, and online chats related to automotive accessory orders, inquiries, and returns
• Conduct outbound calls and texts to follow up on customer sales leads and close sales
• Provide product knowledge and excitement to sell automotive accessories effectively
• Suggest modifications to enhance customers' vehicles based on their purchases
• Meet performance expectations and customer service quality metrics set by the leadership team

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
• Excellent sales ability and willingness to learn about products
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, IN, NV, or UT

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in the automotive industry
