What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and email support requests in a fast-paced environment
? Perform front office and back-office responsibilities, including patient education and medication requests
? Assist with patient support and care coordination
? Collaborate with team members and providers to maintain excellent patient care
? Become an expert in software solutions such as Zendesk, Truepill EMR, and Five9
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 3+ years of call center experience, including outbound call experience
? 6+ months of remote work experience
? Tech-savvy with experience working with technology and electronic medical records
? High School Diploma or GED equivalent
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Knowledge of the medical field
? Experience working at a startup
? Experience with customer service software
? Bachelor's Degree
