Job Description:As a Remote Chat Support Officer at Netflix, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers through live chat. This is a part-time position based in San Jose, California, and is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles...Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for streaming services
• Educating customers on Netflix products, features, and subscription options
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference
• Collaborating with other support agents and departments to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
• Reliable and driven individual with excellent communication skills
