### Job Description

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will provide top-tier assistance to customers across various Apple products and services. Whether it’s troubleshooting devices or explaining services, your role is to help enhance our customers’ satisfaction with Apple products. By offering solutions and guidance through voice and chat, you’ll ensure that every interaction ends in a positive experience.

Your duties will also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product lineup, understanding customer issues, and proposing changes to products or services based on customer feedback. You will collaborate with team members to find solutions, stay ahead of industry trends, and use your problem-solving skills frequently to handle requests and concerns with care and efficiency.

### Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields is a plus.
