What You?ll Do:
? Receive and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
? Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
? Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
? Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
? Adapt to new challenges and changes with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset.

Who You Are:
? A great communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
? Customer-focused with a natural ability to empathize and solve problems.
? Reliable and able to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
? Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
? Able to type at least 40wpm and take notes while keeping up a conversation.

Work Space Requirements: ? A quiet and dedicated workspace that allows for focused productivity. ? Alternative care for children under the age of 6 ? A reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop. ? A noise-cancelling USB headset for clear communication during calls.
