• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, progress, and agreements made
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies during collections process

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the third-party debt collection field
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers
• Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly
