Role Overview:

You would play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: ? Engage with benefits inquiries provided by the company to identify and assess client needs ? Present our products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business ? Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success ? Collaborate with the team and management to refine strategies ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends

Qualifications: ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ? Basic computer knowledge using online systems ? Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
