What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general inquiries
? Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
? Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
? Accurately and concisely address customer questions, requests, and problems
? Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Experience in customer service
? Strong telephone etiquette
? Familiarity with CRM tools
? Excellent communication skills

? Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
