What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Conduct structured telephone surveys using outbound call management technology
? Accurately record participant responses in a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system
? Engage positively with survey participants while maintaining neutrality
? Respond to caller questions or concerns with accuracy and professionalism
? Follow written communication scripts and project protocols to ensure quality standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
? Fluency in reading and writing in both Spanish and English
? Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
? Demonstrated active listening abilities and data entry skills
? Computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office products

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Prior experience as a survey research interviewer
? Previous experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person
? Familiarity with MS Teams, Word, and Excel
