What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Field customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media
• Resolve customer issues and de-escalate situations when necessary
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues and meet defined sales objectives
• Process payments and assist customers with their requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Proven oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 6 months of call center experience
• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
