Job Title: Scheduling Assistant - Entry Level (Remote) Location: Remote Responsibilities: ? Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. ? Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently. ? Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns. ? Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations. ? Monitor travel schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances. ? Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions. ? Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures. ? Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems. Requirements: ? Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles preferred. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. ? Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications. ? A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently. ? A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. ? Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations. ?
