Skills
? Advanced Excel Skills: Comfortable working with large datasets and using Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
? GAAP Knowledge: A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
? Preparing monthly financial statements.
? Managing bookkeeping, cash flow, and accounts receivable/payable.
? Monitoring and improving clients? internal controls.
? Managing or assisting with the implementation of accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications
? 3-5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting.
? Background in public accounting is a plus, but not required.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and budgets effectively.
? CPA license or in the process of obtaining one is preferred, but not mandatory.

Education Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
