Step Van Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Non-CDL Delivery Driver. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver goods to various locations while providing excellent customer service. Primary Responsibilities: ? Efficiently deliver a wide range of items to multiple addresses, strictly adhering to designated routes. ? Maintain punctuality by following set schedules and routes. ? Physically manage, load, and unload packages, some weighing up to 150 lbs. ? Conduct thorough inspections and safely operate the delivery vehicle. ? Ensure reliable transportation to and from the job site. ? Keep accurate logs and reports in strict compliance with DOT regulations. ? Consistently adhere to all safety standards and comply with DOT regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: ? Preferably, candidates will have prior experience as a Delivery Driver. ? Must possess a valid professional driver's license. ? Demonstrated physical fitness, particularly for lifting and maneuvering heavy packages up to 50 lbs. ? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. ? A clean driving record with no history of traffic violations. ? A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation Overview:
? Pay Flexibility: Compensation is adjusted based on experience and scheduling flexibility.
? Higher Pay Potential: Earn closer to $21 per hour if you can commit to a flexible schedule, working 2 to 4 days per week, with availability Monday through Saturday. Your schedule may change weekly based on demand.
? Lower Pay Range: If your availability is limited to fixed days each week (between 2 to 4 days), the pay will align more closely with the lower end of the scale.
