Support Chat Agent

Responsibilities
? Engage with clients through live chat, providing friendly and professional support.
? Answer inquiries related to our services, appointment scheduling, and general mental health information.
? Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of chats.
? Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
? Work collaboratively with the administrative and clinical teams to improve the overall client experience.
? Stay up-to-date with our services and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
? Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to streamline support.
Requirements
? Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is preferred.
? Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
? Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with clients? inquiries and concerns.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
? Proficiency in using chat software and other computer applications.
? Ability to manage multiple chats and prioritize tasks efficiently.
? A high school diploma is required; further education in psychology or related fields is a plus.
