?ttending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria

?ourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn

?anging the end-to-end interviewing process and liaising with clients and candidates

?egotiating the best contract for your candidate

?onsistently updating and adding to the company database

?reating market relevant content for LinkedIn

?orking towards and exceeding personal targets

?xperience working in a sales or commercial background

?xcellent problem solving skills

?rticulate and confident speaking with a range of individuals over the phone

?inancial drive and want to earn over a basic pay
