### Job Description

As a member of our cabin crew, you will be the face of United Airlines, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. You will work in diverse teams, serve passengers from around the world, and have the opportunity to make every flight a memorable experience.

### Key Responsibilities

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the aircraft.

– Demonstrate emergency and safety procedures such as the use of seat belts, oxygen masks, and exit doors.

– Offer customers refreshments and meals and sell onboard duty-free goods.

– Attend pre-flight briefings and study all the details of the flight.

– Lead passengers in case of emergency and give first aid to passengers if necessary.

– Ensure that all emergency equipment is working before takeoff and that there are enough supplies.

– Help passengers board the plane and give a special attention to certain passengers, such as the elderly or disabled.

### Requirements

– Minimum age of 18 years.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to work flexible hours and on weekends and holidays.

– Adherence to our personal appearance standards.

– Ability to stand for long periods and physically handle the demands of the job including handling bags and emergency equipment.

– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

– Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

### Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent required.

– Further certifications in hospitality, tourism, or customer service are a plus but not mandatory.
