Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Administrative Assistant. The Virtual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members remotely.

Responsibilities: ?Manage and organize electronic files and documents ?Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence ?Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars ?Assist with data entry and record-keeping ?Conduct research on various topics and provide reports as needed ?Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications: ?High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?Strong organizational and time-management skills ?Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ?Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision ?Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
